As the high-selling alpaca of the 2006 Parade of Champions Auction, Sinbad sold for a well-deserved $205,000. We are thrilled to have acquired this magnificent sire who has been described as having one of the best white fleeces in the nation! Our new partnership with Stuart and Michele Ray of Catalpa Creek Alpacas rounds out our herd of elite alpacas beautifully.
There are lots of great white sires on the market, but few have won Championship's at the four largest shows (AOBA, Futurity, AWE, and MAPACA) AND few have such strong genetics on BOTH sides of their pedigrees (Sinbad's mother is also the dam of PCA Accoyo El Nino!).
Sinbad has already settled some of Accoyo America's best dams and we look forward to putting him to work on YOUR females (and ours!) now that he is here at Seldom Scene Farm, where he will be residing.
His first crias are phenomenal, and include TRUE BLACK, white and dark fawn.
