Linda Salsbury - President
Eagle Bend Alpacas
Throughout my life, I have worn many hats.
I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a teacher, a Registered Nurse, a Board Chairperson, a church member, and now a farmer... and the list goes on and on.
The point to be taken is that, like all of you, I have a varied background of many accomplishments, all based on the foundation of hard work.
My husband and I began Eagle Bend Alpaca Farm in June of 2005, purchasing our first alpacas from a farm right here in Kentucky. We joined KAA and have been a member of this affiliate and AOBA ever since.
We are dedicated to the alpaca industry and to the people it serves.
Our herd numbers over 100 now, and we are blessed to work with these intelligent, affectionate livestock on a daily basis.
Thanks to all who work alongside of me as members of the KAA Board and to those who serve in the association.
Our “family” of alpaca farmers certainly is unsurpassed!
Let’s look forward to a productive year, and may our successes be a reflection of how generously we have all been blessed.
