The neighbors have nicknamed her Emily the Elk. She has been visiting our ranch for the last week or so along with her young calf. This is the first we have had elk here in the 14+ years we have lived at the ranch. The alpacas are alarming (danger broadcast) at her but then run to check her out at the same time!
